A quick update 

Well , I have been working hard, and I am almost To the half way point of my work stint to the UK

I am feeling a bit down and isolated, As my Thai Mum is not too well. She is in hospital but getting better 

I love her to bits and when I see here I always give her a hug and sayi miss her 

I never thought much about it until I saw the reaction of a Thai friend when we greeted so warmly and hugged so openly .

I reflected later and realised that it was not the norm here 

Missing home , and counting the days .
